The tools I actually use.
Not a megalist. Not affiliate slop. These are the tools I'm using every week to build this personal brand. If it isn't on this page, I'm not using it. I'll update as the stack changes.
My daily driver. I use Claude for thinking, drafting, rewriting, and running agent workflows. The output sounds less like a robot than anything else I've tried. It's the reason this website exists.
My second opinion. I use ChatGPT when I want to see how a different model handles the same prompt. Good for image generation and quick research. Not my first stop, but earns a seat on the stack.
Voice-to-text that actually works with AI. I can talk out a thought, and it cleans up the transcript so I can paste it straight into Claude or a doc. Cut my typing time by a huge margin. Underrated tool.
For agent workflows and research tasks that need the model to go do something. I don't use it every day, but when I need deep research or a multi-step task, it's a shortcut.
My email platform. Handles broadcasts, automations, and the subscriber list across a few of my businesses. Not the prettiest out of the box, but the automation builder is strong.
Meeting scheduling. Dead simple, works well with Google Calendar. The kind of tool I install, set up in 20 minutes, and never think about again. That's a compliment.
