Built the website. Then I scrapped half of it. Here's why.

Hey. Quick one.

Spent most of Saturday rebuilding my home page. Went in thinking I needed a fancy animation. Ended up stripping it out and replacing it with three sentences and a single CTA.

Lesson: AI can build you a polished thing fast. That's the trap. Polished doesn't equal clear. Every time I paused and asked "what does the reader actually need to know," the page got shorter and better.

Also tried a new Claude workflow for drafting website copy. It cut my time in half. I'll break it down in a short video this week.
